Why I started Wiggly Lines ?

Ever since I could hold a pen, I’ve always been drawing. Class Notes? Nope. Doodles instead. Drawing made me happy and i felt decent at it so i kept going.

But somewhere along the way, I stopped. In secondary school, I wasn’t placed into any art classes, and slowly, drawing became something I did less and less. By the time I finished school, I realised how much I missed it. I missed creating, missed expressing myself through lines and colours, and missed that little spark of joy I used to get from a simple doodle.

So I started again. I took an art and design course at college, then moved on to digital media, and eventually finished with a degree in graphic design. And now… here I am—starting my own little shop, making prints and stickers from the things I love to draw.

For me, this shop is more than just selling products. It’s about reclaiming my creativity. I didn’t want to get stuck in jobs where I was constantly burnt out, rushing deadlines, and working on projects I didn’t feel connected to. I wanted to slow down, to create at my own pace, and to have the freedom to make things that actually bring me joy—and hopefully make others smile too.

I’m not claiming to be an expert. I’m just a regular 22-year-old figuring things out as I go. But I’m excited to learn, to grow, and to build something that feels true to me. This little shop is my way of connecting with people through art, of sharing the things I love, and of finally giving myself permission to create without limits. Thank you for being here at the start of this journey.
